Homework
Homework at Holbeach Primary Academy ensures that pupils have the opportunity to further extend their learning or embed knowledge to support them in remembering content long term so they are able to integrate new knowledge across the curriculum. Homework is set every Friday and returned by the following Wednesday. Reading widely and often is promoted alongside homework to support pupils is further accessing the curriculum. This is sent through Google Classroom virtually and for pupils where requests are made hard copies are sent in a book to complete.
