What we are learning about this Term?

Autumn Term 1 2026 – Extreme Earth
This term, our learning will take us on an exciting journey beneath the Earth’s surface and into the world of sound. In Geography, children will explore the Earth’s crust, tectonic plates, volcanoes, and earthquakes, investigating how these powerful natural processes shape our planet and affect communities and environments around the world. In Science, pupils will discover how sound is made, how it travels, and what causes it to change. Through practical investigations and outdoor learning experiences, they will develop their scientific enquiry skills while exploring the fascinating sounds that can be found in the natural world.
